    The fiber ultrafiltration membrane materials are various polymer materials; PVC and PVDF are the commonly used types and the molecular mass of the intercepted substances ranges from 6,000 to 100,000 Dolton. It can intercept nearly 100% of bacteria, viruses, heat sources, microbial suspended substances and colloids, etc.

    Main scope of application:

    Deep treatment of municipal water supply and sewage, pretreatment of reverse osmosis and nanofiltration devices, filtration and purification of cooling water and condensed water, recycling and regeneration of wastewater.

    Reverse osmosis principle:

    It is a membrane separation process based on the principle of sieve separation and driven by pressure, and the filtration accuracy is within the range of 0.005-0.01um. It can effectively remove particles, colloids, bacteria, microorganisms and polymer organic substances in water.
    Widely used in substance separation, concentration, purification. The ultrafiltration process does not require conversion, works at room temperature, is particularly suitable for the separation of heat-sensitive substances, and has good heat and oxidation resistance, can be used for a long time under 60 degrees, PH 2-11 conditions.
    Ultrafiltration equipment is widely used in medical sterile non-hot raw water equipment, food and beverage, drinking water, mineral water purification, industrial separation, concentration, purification, industrial wastewater treatment, electrophoretic paint, electroplating oily wastewater treatment and other fields.
    At present, there are reverse osmosis systems that treat ultrafiltration as the premise of reverse osmosis to improve the water yield of reverse osmosis and extend the life of reverse osmosis membrane.
