Reverse Osmosis Equipment

Reverse osmosis water purification equipment manufactured by leading suppliers

Reverse osmosis water treatment equipment is usually composed of three parts: raw water pretreatment system, reverse osmosis purification system and ultra-purification post-treatment system. The purpose of pretreatment is to make the raw water meet the water intake requirements of the reverse osmosis membrane separation component and ensure the stable operation of the reverse osmosis purification system. The reverse osmosis membrane system is the most economical and efficient purification method to remove more than 98% ions, organic matter and 100% microorganisms in raw water at one time (theoretically).

    Equipment introduction

    Reverse osmosis water treatment equipment is usually composed of three parts: raw water pretreatment system, reverse osmosis purification system and ultra-purification post-treatment system. The purpose of pretreatment is to make the raw water meet the water intake requirements of the reverse osmosis membrane separation component and ensure the stable operation of the reverse osmosis purification system. The reverse osmosis membrane system is the most economical and efficient purification method to remove more than 98% ions, organic matter and 100% microorganisms in raw water at one time (theoretically).

    Working principle

    Reverse osmosis is the most precise membrane liquid separation technology. The operating pressure is applied to the inlet (concentrated solution) side to overcome the natural osmotic pressure. When the operating pressure higher than the natural osmotic pressure is added to the concentrated solution side, the flow direction of the natural osmosis of water molecules will be reversed, and the water component in the inlet (concentrated solution) will become the purification water on the dilute solution side through the reverse osmosis membrane. Reverse osmosis equipment can block all dissolved salt and molecular weight greater than 100 organic matter, but allow water molecules to pass through, reverse osmosis composite membrane desalination rate is generally greater than 98%, they are widely used in industrial pure water and electronic ultra-pure water preparation, drinking water production, boiler water supply and other processes, the use of reverse osmosis equipment before ion exchange can greatly reduce the bottom of the operation of water and wastewater emissions.

    System advantage

    Reverse osmosis (RO) technology relies on pressure to separate water and ions, so as to achieve purification and concentration. The process has no phase change, generally does not require heating, low energy consumption, low operating cost, no pollution, easy operation and reliable operation, high water quality and many advantages, and has become the most energy-saving technology for seawater and brackish water desalination. It has been widely used in medicine, electronics, chemical industry, food, seawater desalination and many other industries. Reverse osmosis technology has become the preferred water treatment technology in modern industry. Reverse osmosis (RO) technology has become an important part of membrane separation technology.
    (1) Fresh water can be extracted from seawater or brackish water;
    (2) Easy to remove organic matter, bacteria and colloids and other impurities dissolved in water, to obtain high purity water;
    (3) Because the reverse osmosis process is a physical process, there is no phase change, so energy saving;
    (4) Simple operation, easy to realize automation, labor saving;
    (5) Compact structure, small footprint, thus reducing costs;
    (6) As a concentration method, it can recover the valuable components dissolved in the solution.
