    Service object
    The integrated sewage treatment equipment is suitable for municipal sewage, domestic sewage, medical wastewater and other sewage treatment. Applicable to urban areas without pipe network, towns, residential areas, scenic spots, high-speed service areas, hospitals, hotels and so on.
    Working principle
    The MBR bioreactor integrates new ultrafiltration membrane technology and activated sludge method technology, which has good nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect, short treatment process, no precipitation, sand filtration and other links, and is suitable for solving sewage problems in market towns and natural villages.
    Process flow
    After the sewage is collected through the pipeline, it first removes large suspended matter through the grate and then flows to the regulating tank. Then it is lifted from the regulating tank into the intelligent integrated equipment, and then flows through the anoxic and aerobic tank successively to degrade organic pollutants and remove nitrogen, phosphorus and other pollutants. The effluent from the biochemical treatment unit enters the membrane treatment unit to strengthen the biochemical function. PAC chemical phosphorus removal is added to the inlet water of the membrane pond, and the membrane filtered effluent is disinfected by ultraviolet light before reuse or discharge.
