Pharmaceutical wastewater treatment equipment
Equipment introduction
Pharmaceutical wastewater is one of the most difficult industrial wastewater to treat due to its complex composition, many types of organic pollutants, high concentration, high COD and BOD values and high volatility, large differences in BOD/COD values, high concentrations of suspended solids and NH3-N, deep chroma, and difficult biodegradation and toxic substances.
Pharmaceutical wastewater treatment methods
1. The coagulation method of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment method is to destroy the stability of colloids in wastewater by adding chemical agents, so that colloidal particles can polymerize and aggregate with each other, and precipitate under the action of gravity, so as to achieve the purpose of wastewater treatment. The advantage of this method is that it can better reduce COD and chroma, but its disadvantage is that it will produce a large amount of chemical sludge, resulting in secondary pollution, high salt content, and low removal rate of ammonia nitrogen, so it is often used as a pretreatment of pharmaceutical wastewater.
2. The gas flotation method of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment method is to use highly dispersed tiny bubbles as a carrier to adhere to the pollutants in the wastewater, because the density of the tiny bubbles attached to the pollutants is less than that of water and float to the surface to achieve the purpose of wastewater treatment. The advantages of this method are less investment cost, energy saving, simple process and convenient maintenance, etc., but its disadvantages are that it can not effectively treat soluble organic matter in wastewater. This method is generally used to treat pharmaceutical wastewater with high content of suspended substances such as gentamicin, oxytetracycline and midecamycin.
3. The electrolysis method of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment method is to produce a series of chemical reactions with the effect of impressed current, so that the harmful impurities in the wastewater are removed in the form of transformation. The treatment process of wastewater electrolysis includes electrode surface electrochemical Angle, indirect oxidation, indirect reduction, electroflotation and electroflocculation, which remove pollutants in wastewater with different functions respectively.
4. The membrane separation method of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment method is a physical method, which has the function of filtration and concentration, and can treat pharmaceutical wastewater with high concentration, poor biochemical properties or difficult to be treated by traditional methods. The advantages of this method are simple equipment, convenient operation, no phase change and chemical change, high treatment efficiency and energy saving, etc. Its disadvantages are high price of membrane components and easy to have membrane pollution and other problems.
