XLP Series 4/8 inch Extreme Low Pressure Reverse Osmosis Membrane Components
Performance Characteristics:
The XLP series extreme low pressure desalination reverse osmosis membrane components, developed by Qicheng Company for surface water and groundwater, are polyamide composite membranes. These membranes possess several remarkable characteristics. They operate under low pressure while offering a high water yield and excellent desalination performance. Notably, they can attain a high water flux and a high desalination rate at an extremely low operating pressure of merely 0.69MPa.
This enables them to handle surface water, groundwater, and tap water with a salinity of less than 500 ppm. They are particularly well-suited for the secondary desalination of reverse osmosis systems. The 8-inch desalination membrane is primarily employed for the desalination and purification of municipal water, as well as for providing process water and boiler feed water in large and medium-sized industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, power plants, and electronic plants. Meanwhile, the 4-inch desalination membrane is mainly utilized in small-scale pharmaceutical, food, and electronic factory process water, ultra-pure water, among others. It can also be applied in desalination and purification treatments in water supply stations of schools, communities, and the like.
