Filling Line Equipment

This filling line is specifically tailored for 3-5 gallons of barreled drinking water and is available in models such as QGF-100, QGF-300, QGF-450, QGF-600, QGF-900, QGF-1200, QGF1500, and QGF2000.  It ingeniously integrates bottle washing, filling, and capping into a single unit, aiming to fulfill the crucial tasks of washing and sterilizing.

This series machine represents an integrated solution that combines the processes of bottle rinsing, filling, and capping.  It is specifically designed to handle a diverse range of products, including 3-10L bottled Water, Alcohol drinks, oil, and other non-carbonated beverages.

This line is primarily employed for liquid filling and integrates essential processes such as disinfection, rinsing, filling, and capping into a unified operation.  It offers several distinct advantages that make it a valuable asset in the field of liquid filling.

The production line encompasses a range of equipment, including the ZPCauto washer, GFP auto filler, YQX auto capper, and SSJ conveyor, among others.  The key components involved in the processes of washing, filling, and sealing are fabricated from high-quality stainless steel.

The machine is primarily designed for washing, filling, and sealing non-aerated carbon dioxide drinks, such as mineral water, pure water, non-carbonated wine, and similar beverages. This ultrafilter adopts dissymmetrical semipermeable film which is made from macromolecule material with special process.
