Capacity 0.5m³/h (500 LPH) Reverse Osmosis Equipment

Capable of producing 500 liters of high-purity water per hour, with a salt rejection rate of ≥98% and product water conductivity ≤10 μS/cm (under standard feed water conditions). The integrated skid-mounted design includes quartz sand filtration, activated carbon adsorption, 5μm security filtration, high-pressure pumping, and automatic PLC control with real-time monitoring and protection functions. Made of SUS304 stainless steel and FRP materials for corrosion resistance. Certified with CE and ISO9001. Customization available for different feed water qualities and power supply requirements.

    1. System Composition & Process Flow

    • Raw Water → Raw Water Pump → Quartz Sand Filter (sediment removal) → Activated Carbon Filter (chlorine/organic removal) → Security Filter (5 μm PP filter) → High-pressure Pump → RO Membrane Vessel (usually 2×4040 membranes) → Product Water Tank (UV sterilizer/EDI optional) → Pure Water OutletScreenShot_2026-03-27_155135_726.jpg

    • Control: Automatic PLC panel with pressure gauges, flow meters, conductivity monitors, auto-flush, low/high pressure protection, water-full stopScreenShot_2026-03-27_162918_747.jpg

    • Materials: Frame SUS304/FRP; pipes UPVC/SUS304; tanks FRP/SUS304

    3. Key Applications

    • Small industrial production (electronic component cleaning, plating rinse water, food & beverage processing)
    • Laboratory/research center pure water supply
    • Commercial bottled water/mobile water stations
    • Boiler feed water (low-pressure boilers)
    • Remote area/marine vessel freshwater generation (with pre-treatment for brackish water)

    4. Maintenance & Membrane Lifespan

      • Regular backwash of sand/carbon filters (weekly/monthly based on turbidity)
      • Replace security filter cartridges every 1-3 months
      • RO membrane cleaning (CIP) every 3-6 months; membrane lifespan 3-5 years (if pre-treatment is adequate)
      • Daily monitoring of inlet pressure, product flow, conductivity, and recovery rate
